So, regardless of whether you are planning a family ski trip for Christmas, or an exotic African Safari for two, you can rest assured that every detail has been taken care of, and that you have saved money at the same time.
- 3. Do I have return to a sandos property?
Absolutely not! The principle behind Royal Elite is to offer our clients the same travel freedom they have now at a greatly reduced price. So travel when and as you want, but spend less money.

- 5. How do I make reservations?
Easy! Just call us to the toll free number 1-800-925-1767, or e-mail us at reservations@royalelite.com.mx with the details of your trip and we will handle it from there.
- 6. How does the maintenance fee work?
- º It is charged automatically during the 1st 2 weeks of January every year and covers all utilities, property taxes, clean linen, towels, cleaning and servicing.
- º Unlike most programs you will pay only ONE Maintenance Fee per year, regardless of how many weeks you use.
- º Your 1st Maintenance Fee will NOT be payable UNLESS you use your membership.
- 7. Ho I have to pay for the all inclusive?
Only at Mandatory All Inclusive Resorts. Between our affiliated resorts at RCI and Royal Elite Exchanges, there are over 5,000 different resorts in over 100 countries for you to choose from, approximately 600 of them are Mandatory All Inclusive, the rest are Optional All Inclusive or the condo´s and villas have kitchens.
- 8. so, can I come back to riviera maya and not pay all inclusive?
- Of course, by staying at one of our affiliated Non-All Inclusive resorts.

- 10. What if I don´t want to use my weeks one year?
- You have a variety of options:
- º You may bank your weeks with RCI and use them next year or the year after
- º You may lend or give them to friends and family
- º You may donate them to charity
